International Theatrical Distribution
An international theatrical distribution partnership is dissolved. BTF Consulting is asked to define the system migration and development efforts
necessary for each studio to distribute independently from
the other.
The project required careful coordination
between the client studio and the other party in order to
achieve economies relative to the information system
transformation activities. Frequent travel to Europe was
required to manage the separation efforts and related process
issues.
